The Mayor of Crawley visits The 50+ Skills Exchange Club


The 50+ Skills Exchange Club was delighted to welcome The Worshipful the Mayor and Escort of Crawley Councillor Chris Cheshire and Barbara Robinson on Wednesday 23rd September 2015.

The Mayor was able to experience a Club meeting with speaker Mary Goodchild. Mary ran an interactive session on mentoring and volunteering.

The 50+ Skills Exchange Club offers an opportunity for people to come together, socialise and learn new skills. It also supports individuals who are wishing to get back into work or pursue volunteering opportunities in the local community.

The Club meets every Wednesday, 10:30am – 12:30pm at the Civic Hall, Crawley.

Club members also get involved in other activities such as visiting Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice and holding a Macmillan Coffee Morning in conjunction with Randall Schofield Court.
