The 50 + Skills Exchange Club combines the needs of individuals, businesses and the local community to engage in mutually beneficial goals-furthering growth and the development of all involved.

Those who are 50+ have a lifetime of valuable life skills and experience within the workplace that should not be wasted and can be passed down to the next generation.

Our aim is to gather these individuals together and to utilize their skills to benefit the local community.

The Club runs weekly 2 hour sessions in Redhill and Crawley and will be expanding to other areas very soon.

Th 50+ Skills Exchange Club provides the opportunity to:

  • Meet new people and make new friends
  • Share skills, knowledge and experience
  • Build confidence and self-esteem
  • Coach and mentor others

Many of our Club members are looking for work and volunteering     opportunities. We often have organisations approach us to     advertise vacancies for a variety of paid and unpaid roles. We can help with personal development, CV writing and interview skills.

The Club meetings are friendly and informal. You will be made to feel very welcome and everyone’s contribution is valued. Enjoy a cuppa whilst trying something  different—come and join us and see for yourself.
